Naomi was ever so welcoming and friendly when I arrived. She informed me of the procedure in detail, explaining what to expect and what the side effects of the treatment might be. This put me at my ease and enabled me to ask questions. The room was relaxing, calm and clean. The equipment was individually packaged and sterile.
Naomi showed me what she was using, and discussed the procedure as she was performing it. I felt comfortable enough to ask Naomi to slow down to enable me to catch my breath.
